YMCA Offers Free Meals for Kids this Summer

This summer the YMCA is partnering with Summer Nutrition Programs for Kids to provide FREE meals for youth 18 and under! There are two pick up sites, the Washington County Family YMCA and the Campbellsburg Community Center. This will be available from June 3rd-July 26th. 

YMCA Site:

Pick-up will take place at the Front Desk 

Monday through Friday from 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM. 

1 lunch and 1 snack will be provided per day.

Children are REQUIRED to be present.

Campbellsburg Site:

Pick-up will be drive thru style at the Campbellsburg Community Center

Mondays and Wednesdays from 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM. 

Monday: 2 lunches & 2 snacks

Wednesday: 3 lunches & 3 snacks

Children are REQUIRED to be present in the vehicle.

By Becky Killian, Staff Writer City employees will receive an 8 percent raise in 2025 while emergency responders will each get a $7,000 raise.
