The board established that, unless otherwise notified, the regular monthly meetings will be held on the second Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m. at the Salem Administration Building, 500 N. Harrison Street, Salem, IN 47167.

The Board of Aviation Commissioners of the City of Salem, Indiana will meet the third Monday of each month unless otherwise noted by this schedule or by special legal notice. Executive session will be called to order at 3:30 p.m. with public session to be called to order at 4:00 p.m.  Meetings will be held at the Robert Woodward Terminal Building located at 334 Airport Boulevard, Salem, Indiana.  Any special meetings throughout the year will be advertised prior to the meeting.
