Vernon Bell
Vernon Lee Bell, age 64 of Vallonia, Indiana passed away Saturday, November 2, 2024, in Ascension St. Vincent Salem Hospital.
Born June 24, 1960 in Louisville, Kentucky, he was the son of the late Maurice Bell and Sue (Mitchell) Duncan.
He was a 1978 graduate of Bullitt Central High School in Shepherdsville, Kentucky.
On October 29, 2022 he married Beverly June (Coy) Bell, who survives.
Also surviving are: 2 Sisters: Karen Samuels of Danville, Kentucky and Theresa Duncan of Louisville, Kentucky; 1 Stepson: Chris (Shannon) Rountree; 2 Uncles: Bruce (Joann) Mitchell and Dennis (Diane) Mitchell; Aunt: Betty Mitchell; 2 Step grandsons: Keith and Tyler and 1 niece and 5 nephews.
He was preceded in death by 2 sisters, Marilyn Caines and Carolyn Crowe.
Funeral Service: 2:00 pm Wednesday at Dawalt Funeral Home with Jaime Bennett officiating.
Visitation: 10 am to 2 pm Wednesday.
