Shirley Ann Nale
Shirley Ann Nale, age 81, of Salem, passed away on Monday, April 22, 2024, at Baptist Health Floyd Hospital. Born December 25, 1942, she was the daughter of the late Ellis and Ivalue Clark.
Shirley was a teacher at Bradie Shrum Elementary School for many years, and was part of the Salem High School Alumni Association where she helped organize the annual Alumni Banquets.
Shirley is survived by her husband of over 65 years, Kenneth Earl "Kenny" Nale; her 2 children: Timothy Nale and Rebecca Nale; 2 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ellis and Ivalue Clark, and 2 sisters.
Funeral service will be held at Hughes-Taylor Funeral Home - Salem Chapel, on Saturday, April 27, at 1 pm, with burial to follow at Crown Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be on Saturday from 11 am until time of service at the funeral home.
