Ms. Virginia Gale Jackson
Ms. Virginia Gale Jackson, age 83, of Palmyra, passed away Saturday, April 20 at Wedgewood Healthcare Center.
Ms. Jackson was born February 28, 1941 in Borden the daughter of Cephas E. Jackson and Ruth Hosea Jackson. She was retired from Pillsbury in New Albany.
She is preceded in death by two sons: Gregory Jackson and Joey Jackson, a brother: Arnold Jackson, six sisters: Iris Beyl, Roberta Jackson, Lillian Hurst, Sarah Sprinkle, Mable Pixley, and Evelyn Lincks, and her parents. She is survived by her sister: Wanda Jones of Palmyra, her favorite niece: Loretta Volpert, and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 1PM Tuesday at Weathers Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Crown Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 10AM-until time of service at the funeral home.
